Mrs. Madu Ebele Chinenye

As a devoted mother and wife, my educational journey was profoundly influenced by my mother, who served as a dedicated teacher. She entrusted me with coaching her pupils who faced learning challenges, and through this experience, I discovered immense joy and fulfillment in helping children grasp concepts that initially seemed difficult to them.
While I had never envisioned teaching as my career path, meeting Mrs. Kolade in 2020 became a transformative moment in my life. She illuminated teaching in an entirely new perspective, revealing that education transcends mere knowledge transfer—it encompasses character formation and life development. Understanding the caliber of individuals I aspire to see in our world, I am resolutely committed to nurturing future leaders who will assume responsibility for global affairs and guide society toward Christ.
My Journey to Leadership
Early Teaching Experience
After graduating from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering, I taught in a primary school at Olodi Apapa for about a year before working in a production company. I returned to teaching years later when I was married with children.
Career Transformation
Meeting Mrs. Kolade in 2020 was a turning point. It was then I decided to make teaching my career. I pursued my PGDE at Lagos State University of Education and obtained my TRCN certification, fully committing to educational excellence.
Path to Principal
I was initially employed as a basic three teacher but was later transferred to the college when a mathematics teacher was needed. Working directly with Mrs. Kolade, I served as junior school supervisor for several years before being appointed as Principal in 2025.

Character Moulding
Teaching is not just about enlightening the mind but moulding character and building life. We shape students who will positively impact the world and steer it toward Christ.
Individual Potential
Every child has unique potential. My joy comes from helping students understand what was initially difficult, watching them grow in confidence and capability.
Future Leaders
We are preparing students to take over the affairs of the world. Our focus is on developing leaders who will make positive changes in society.
